We have hired Al to paint on three separate occasions. He painted the entire interior of our first home. He was there for long hours to make sure all was complete in time for us to move in. The transformation was incredible. The old woodwork certainly showed signs of age and was absolutely perfect when Al and his crew were done.

I have been working with Al for many years. He has done every paint project in my house over many years and continues to do new projects as well. We hired Al the Painter to paint the entire exterior of our house. They began prep work on the agreed upon day which took several days due to the thoroughness of the crew. The painting itself went smoothly ,despite the oppressive July heat. They were here every day at 7:00 am and spent the whole day working. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We hired Al to refinish our kitchen cabinets, and were very pleased with the quality of the work. Al was great to work with overall.

My house is 118 years old and there is horsehair plaster in most rooms in the house. One bedroom needing painting had a softball size dent/hole in the wall and cracking elsewhere. I hired Al and his crew to patch the hole and smooth the cracks and paint the walls and ceiling. They made these walls look as smooth as sheet rock. The ceiling was covered in a white tin-ceiling textured wallpaper which I had Al and his crew paint a dark blue-green color. They did a remarkable job painting the texture, leaving no trace of white underneath. Al's work ethic and extensive knowledge of older homes and their idiosyncrasies and his eye for interior design would have me hire him again.

I love my cabinets! We were concerned about painting our cherry cabinets white but after one meeting with Al we felt confident that he would do a professional job. Al is extremely knowledgeable with how paint interacts with different finishes. His team (Doreen, Jose and Kyle) is also very professional and a pleasure to work with. The most common comment (other than our cabinets looking beautiful) is that our cabinets look as though they were always white. I would definitely recommend Al to anyone looking for a painting service but in particular refinishing cabinets.
